Steve Baxter is an experienced manager of multifamily and commercial properties. He also has experience in condo conversions, along with major reconstruction.
Steve Baxter completed Texas Tech University with a B.S. in 1974 with a 3.7 on a 4.0 scale. He was http://www.yourepeat.com on the Dean’s List for all semesters and majored in History with minors in Philosophy and Greek. Steve was President of Friday Night Tape Class.

Steve has consistently told them what he would like to be said about himself by his students: “I really knew that Cat Daddy (Steve’s nickname) loved me and cared about me.”
Richard Black, a dear friend, has said this about Steve Baxter: "I have known Steve as a good friend for 38 years. I was his area director on staff with Young Life when he managed the Richardson High School Young Life club for 13 years . I began investing with Steve in real estate in 2004. Steve is one of the most honorable guys I know. He has a mind for finding good deals, and has the skills to make them happen and make money.”
Andrew Baxter’s Dad, Steve, was usually filming the game because Andrew’s older brother Brennan was the senior point guard. Steve observed how animated the bench was and how much joy they were having, so he started filming the bench instead of the basketball game. He put together a video that can be watched on his website. Andrew’s number was 23.
Having such good memories of his own high school days certainly gives Steve great satisfaction in watching Andrew do so well.
Andrew Baxter always enjoyed Young Life in high school. The group met weekly, went on summer camps, and encouraged its members in their Christian walk. However BUCS was like Young Life at the next level, fellowship for college students eager to integrate their college experience with their Christian faith.
Andrew’s perspective is amazingly like that of his father, Steve, and ultimately to that of the Apostle Paul, who wrote, "Everything that was gain to me, I consider to be a loss because of Christ. What I mean is, I consider everything to be a loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord.”
Furthermore, the Bible makes a challenge that goes something like this: "I call heaven and earth to record Multi Family Buildings For Sale In North Dallas - Steve Baxter Dallas Real Estate Investor this day, that I have set before you life and death: therefore, choose life.”
